DAC Festival largely consists of commission works conceived and initiated by its curators. With the theme Be(r)kongsi, the curators will discuss “sharing, networking and collaboration” within the context of a heritage city. They will lead several commission site-specific works to express Penang’s challenging and fluctuating built environment. The projects presented by the curators are both a form of spatial critique as well as an active social intervention.
